approved supervision

As part of my private practice, I also provide clinical consultation and supervision to MSW and other mental health licensure candidates. In addition, I provide supervision for those already licensed who would like support in their practice. I have over 7 years experience as a supervisor.

Supervision is one of the highlights of my career. Witnessing the personal and professional growth of new and seasoned clinicians is inspiring. I strive to:

• Provide a safe space to explore transference and personal issues that may arise in working with others.

• Motivate supervisees as they discover their strengths and areas to further their growth.

• Encourage self-care and compassion so supervisees can maintain a sacred space for others while avoiding burnout.

• Help sharpen current skills sets and develop new strategies.

• Provide preparation for the application process and WA state licensure exam.
